以某双舱管廊为例,分析了防火、通风、供配电、排水、逃生、吊装等区间的功能需求,认为应以生产运营需求为导向优化管廊总体布局;在管线入廊、日常巡检、应急逃生等方面,结合流线完整性,对逃生、吊装等节点和区间设计进行了分析,并提出了设计注意事项;针对地下综合管廊口部设计过程中可能出现的水淹、坠落、撤离障碍等安全隐患进行了梳理,简述了细部构造做法的改进思路.该成果可为同类工程改善管廊运营服务质量提供设计参考和借鉴.
Optimization of Overall Layout and Node Design of a Double-cable Utility Tunnel
Taken a double-cable utility tunnel as an example,the functional requirements of each section of fire protection,ventilation,power supply and distribution,drainage,escape and hoisting.It is believed that the overall layout of the utility tunnel should be optimized based on production and operation requirements;Combined with the integrity of the flow,the node of escape and hoisting and section design are analyzed from the aspects of pipeline entry,aily inspections,emergency evacuation,etc.to provide design key points;Some safety hazards of water log-ging,falling,and evacuation obstacles that may occur during the design are discussed.The improvement ideas of detailed practices is briefly described,which can provides references for similar projects in utility tunnels to en-hance the operational service quality.
