盾构区间正线隧道内机械法实施下沉式泵房技术研究

为了解决目前盾构区间正线隧道内设置泵房出现的一系列问题,在天津市既有线内置式泵房使用现状的基础上,优化排水泵总体布置形式,通过管片底部开孔下探来增加集水坑深度,以满足排水相关要求.提出在盾构区间正线隧道内采用机械法实施下沉式泵房外挂集水坑的技术方案,以满足集水坑的有效容积需求,从而缩短集水坑的纵向长度,减少对道床结构的不利影响.提出与该项技术实施相关的特殊衬砌管片构造形式、结构方案、实施步骤等,并对该项技术施工全过程进行了数值模拟分析,结果显示该项技术整体施工风险可控、结构方案合理.鉴于目前地下工程建设需求,研发一种在盾构区间正线隧道内采用机械法实施下沉式泵房外挂集水坑的技术方案,具有重要的探索价值及推广意义.
Research on the Technology of Sinking Pump House by Mechanical Method in the Main Tunnel of Shield Tunnel Section
In order to solve a series of problems arising from the installation of tunnel core pump house in the main tunnel of shield tunnel section,the current built-in pump house of tunnel core pump in existing lines in Tianjin was taken as an example.The overall layout of drainage pump was optimized.The depth of sump was increased by open-ing holes at the bottom of the pipe segment to meet the related requirements of drainage.The technology scheme of installing sumps sinking outside the pump house by mechanical method in the tunnel section was proposed to meet the demand of the effective volume of the sump.The longitudinal length of the sump was shortened to reduce the ad-verse effects on the ballast structure.The construction form,structure scheme and implementation steps of the spe-cial lining segment related to the implementation of the technology were put forward.The whole construction process of the technology was analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the overall construction risk of the technology is controllable and the structural scheme is reasonable.In view of the current demand of underground en-gineering construction,the technology scheme above researched has important exploration value and popularization significance.
