水性环氧乳化沥青在道路养护工程中的研究进展

摘要
水性环氧乳化沥青作为一种新型的绿色环保道路工程养护材料,因其优异的粘结性和路用性能逐渐受到关注.近年来,针对水性环氧树脂的制备、水性环氧乳化沥青的开发及其在道路养护工程中的应用已取得了部分研究成果.基于此,梳理对比了水性环氧树脂体系及水性环氧乳化沥青研究现状及其制备方法,阐述分析了水性环氧乳化沥青及其混合料的路用性能,调查总结了水性环氧乳化沥青在道路养护工程中的应用情况,为进一步推广水性环氧乳化沥青奠定了基础.
Abstract
As a new type of green and environmentally friendly road maintenance material,waterborne epoxy emul-sified asphalt has been paid more and more attention because of its excellent bonding properties and road perfor-mance.In recent years,some research achievements have made about the preparation of waterborne epoxy resin,the development of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt and its application in road maintenance engineering.Based on this,the research progress and preparation methods were combed and compared.The road performances of wa-terborne epoxy emulsified asphalt and its mixtures were elaborated and analyzed and its application in road mainte-nance engineering were investigated and summarized.This study would provide basis for the further promotion of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt.
