顶管工作井近接挡土墙施工的变形监测及数值模拟研究

市政顶管工程是国家基础建设的重要组成部分,为保证顶管工作井近接挡土墙区段内的施工安全,以成都某地区污水干管建设工程区段内顶管工作井施工为例,整理现场得到的基坑、挡土墙各监测点位移等监测数据,对顶管工作井施工过程中产生的位移变化进行分析,结果表明顶管工作井施工对挡土墙的整体稳定性影响较小,其位移均在设计容许范围内.同时,通过Midas GTS NX建立顶管工作井三维模型,验证顶管工作井施工对基坑周围土体、工作井井壁及挡土墙的影响情况,结果表明数值模拟计算得到的位移结果基本与现场监测数据相吻合,表明数值模拟能够较好地模拟实际施工过程.该研究结论可为类似的近接工程提供参考.
Study on Deformation Monitoring and Numerical Simulation of the Construction of Pipe Jacking Working Well Adjacent Retaining Wall
Municipal pipe jacking projects are important parts of national infrastructure construction.In order to en-sure the construction safety of pipe jacking working well adjacent to the retaining wall section,the construction of a same project in Chengdu was taken as an example.The monitoring data on the displacement of the pit and each point of the retaining wall were obtained on site,and then the displacement changes generated in the course of the con-struction of pipe jacking working well were analyzed.The result shows that the impact of pipe jacking working well on the overall stability of the retaining wall structure is relatively smaller,and its structural displacement variables are all within the allowable design.At the same time,a 3D model of the pipe jacking working well was established by Midas GTS NX to verify the influence of the pipe jacking working well construction on the soil around the pit,the well wall and the retaining wall.The result shows that the displacement results obtained by numerical simulation ba-sically matched with the monitoring data on-site,which indicates that the numerical simulation can simulate the ac-tual construction process.The study can provide reference for similar proximity projects.
