摘要

为了探究硐室围岩在多次爆破开挖下的损伤累积及松动圈扩展规律,结合某试验硐室爆破开挖工程,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA重启动技术模拟多次爆破开挖下围岩的损伤累积,采用地质雷达法测定多次爆破开挖后围岩松动圈厚度,分析围岩松动圈扩展规律,最后明确硐室围岩损伤范围与松动圈厚度之间的定量关系.研究结果表明:多次爆破开挖后围岩损伤累积范围同松动圈厚度一样呈单调递减趋势,增长速率逐次降低,直至不再累积扩展;将损伤变量D在0.25~0.78之间的损伤范围看作围岩松动圈厚度,数值模拟结果与现场测试结果误差较小,说明在一定程度上岩体损伤累积程度的变化就是围岩松动圈厚度的变化.相关结论可为今后爆破开挖下硐室围岩研究提供一定参考.

Abstract

In order to explore the law of damage accumulation and loose ring expansion of surrounding rock under multiple blasting excavation,the blasting excavation of a test chamber was taken as an example.The damage accu-mulation was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA restart technology.The thickness of loose ring was measured by geo-logical radar method after multiple blasting and the law was analyzed.The results show that the cumulative damage range of the surrounding rock is monotonically decreasing which is the same as one of the loose ring under multiple blasting loads.The growth rate decreases gradually until there is no cumulative expansion;The damage range of the damage variable D between 0.25 and 0.78 is the thickness of the ring.The error between the simulated and field measured results is small,indicating that the change of the damage accumulation degree of rock mass is the change of the thickness of the surrounding rock loose ring in a certain extent.The relevant conclusions can provide some reference for the study of surrounding rock under blasting excavation in future.
