Research on Mechanical Properties of New Curved CFRP Anchorage
In order to solve the problems of insufficient tensile stress and difficult control of bolt preload in traditional carbon fibre reinforced plastics(CFRP)plate clamping anchorage,according to its force mechanism and based on the hyperbolic CFRP anchorage design,the performance of anchors of different sizes was compared and analyzed by ANSYS finite element software.The optimal anchorage size was determined and processed accordingly.And then,the static load test of hyperboloid CFRP plate anchors was carried out.The test results show that when the thickness of the inner splint is 5 mm,the extrusion stress distribution is the most uniform;The optimal range of splint thick-ness is between 25~30 mm,and the optimal solution of radian is between 0.75~1.00 mm;When the maximum tensile force of the hyperbolic CFRP is 499.96 kN,the maximum anchoring efficiency is 104.16%,and the mini-mum slip of the CFRP is 1.93 mm,the anchoring effect of the anchorage is best.
