近年来"慢行优先"逐渐成为城市交通发展的主题之一.因此,为有效评价首都核心区慢行设施服务水平,因地制宜地提出了一种综合考虑设施、秩序、使用量等方面的评价体系.该体系以评价首都核心区慢行系统为目标层,以网络、环境、空间为准则层,以非机动车道宽度、人行道宽度等为指标层,将慢行设施服务水平由定性静态评价拓展到定量动态评价,实现了对慢行系统的"慢行体检".同时利用该体系对北京市30条重点道路的慢行系统进行了评价,并将该评价结果与问卷调查结果进行了对比与验证.
Evaluation Research on Slow Traffic Facility Service Level of the Core Area of the Capital
In recent years,"slow travel priority"has gradually become one of the themes of urban traffic development.In order to effectively evaluate the service level of slow traffic facilities in the core area of the capital,an evaluation system covering facilities,order and amount of usage is proposed.The evaluation of slow traffic system in the core area of the capital is taken as the target,the network,environment and space as the criterion,and non-motorized lane width and walking path width as the indexes by the system.The service level of slow traffic facilities is expanded from the qualitative and static evaluation to the quantitative and dynamic evaluation to realize"slow traffic physical examination".At the same time,the system is used to evaluate the slow traffic system of 30 key roads in Beijing.The evaluation results are compared with the results of questionnaire survey.
