摘要

以北京市某地铁运营线路盾构隧道区间整体道床严重渗漏水为例,从环境因素和结构缺陷方面分析了渗漏水产生的原因,重点研究了道床渗漏水的串水路径;阐述了区间纵坡、水头压力、沿程阻力和造成道床渗漏水的作用规律;在结构变形和轨道线形监控、防止道床变形的前提下,提出了采用工前雷达扫描确定病害类型、范围与程度,工后雷达扫描评估注浆治理效果的措施;将系统治理过程分为泄压封缝、壁后注浆、环氧加固3个关键步骤,并给出了每个步骤的施工过程控制指标来确保注浆质量.这些措施的运用最终达到了预期的治理效果.

Abstract

Taken the serious water leakage of monolithic track bed in a shield tunnel of an operating subway line in Beijing as an example,the causes are analyzed from environmental factors and structural defects,and the path is studied primarily;The action law of longitudinal slope,water head pressure,delay resistance and the resulting leakage of track bed are expounded;Under the structural deformation,track alignment monitoring and prevent track bed deformation,it is put forward that the type,scope and degree of disease are determined by radar scanning be-fore construction,and the effect of grouting treatment is evaluated by radar scanning after construction;The system treatment process is divided into three key steps of pressure relief sealing,grouting behind the tunnel and epoxy re-inforcement.The construction process control indexes of each step are given to ensure the grouting effect.Finally,the expected treatment effect is achieved by the above measures.
