上海市中心城区排水系统运行现状及优化对策

摘要
以上海市中心城区排水系统为研究对象,通过收集2016-2021年区域内的白龙港、竹园、石洞口三大污水片区的排水系统运行数据,分析了各片区水量、水质、COD排放量及削减量等变化情况.结果表明,通过采取挖掘污水处理厂处理能力、优化管网输送调度及调整污水处理工艺等措施,三大污水片区的进水量、进水COD和BOD5质量浓度、COD削减量均呈上升趋势,COD排放量呈下降趋势.同时,总结了中心城区排水系统现状主要存在末端污水处理能力不足、区域之间联动性不强、管网维护和系统精细化管理水平有待提高等问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期为提升上海市中心城区排水系统安全运行能力提供参考.
Abstract
Taking the drainage system of Shanghai central city as the research object,this paper analyzed the changes of water quantity,water quality,discharge and reduction amount of COD in each area by collecting the operation data of the drainage system of three major sewage areas of Bailongang,Zhuyuan and Shidongkou in the region from 2016 to 2021.The results show that the water inflow,concentration of influent COD and BOD5,and COD reduction in the three major sewage areas showed an increasing trend,while the COD discharge showed a decreasing trend by taking measures such as exploring the treatment capacity of the wastewater treatment plant,optimizing the trans-portation and scheduling of the pipe network and adjusting the wastewater treatment process.At the same time,the current situation of the drainage system in Shanghai central city was summarized,which mainly has problems of in-sufficient terminal sewage treatment capacity,weak linkage between regions,pipe network maintenance and the systematic and refined management level needs to be improved,corresponding countermeasures were put forward to provide reference for improving the safe operation capacity of the drainage system in Shanghai central city.
