目前国内鲜有文献针对水工隧道小半径曲线段受水流冲刷及离心力作用影响进行分析与总结,因此以天津市滨海新区环保督查雨污分流改造项目——津塘公路以南片区改造工程盾构段工程为例,针对盾构雨水隧道小半径曲线段受水流冲刷及离心力作用影响开展了相关研究,研究结果表明:在最大设计流速1.45 m/s水流冲刷作用下,半径150m曲线段相关控制指标均满足规范要求;半径150 m曲线段受水流离心力作用影响较小,可以忽略不计;通过采用C50高强混凝上管片+全环嵌缝及手孔和注浆孔封堵+内表面涂刷聚脲涂层的整体方案,可满足盾构雨水隧道全寿命周期抗水流冲刷及耐久性要求.该研究结果对类似工程具有较高参考价值.
Analysis of the Influence of Flow Erosion and Centrifugal Force on Small Radius Curve Section of Shield Stormwater Tunnel
At present,there are few literatures about analysis and summarize the impact of flow erosion and cen-trifugal force on the small radius curve section of hydraulic tunnel in China.Therefore,taking the rain and pollution diversion reconstruction project for environmental supervision of Binhai New Area in Tianjin,the shield section pro-ject of the area south of Jintang Highway as an example,the relevant research was carried out.The research results indicate that all the relevant control indicators of the curve section with a radius of 150 m meet the requirements of the specification under the flow erosion with the maximum designed flow velocity of 1.45 m/s;The influence of cen-trifugal force of water flow on the same curve section is smaller which can be basically ignored;The tunnel adopts the overall scheme of C50 high-strength concrete segment+full ring caulking,hand hole and grouting hole sealing+polyuurea coating on the inner surface,which can meet the requirements of water erosion resistance and durability in the whole life cycle of the shield stormwater tunnel.The research results have high reference value for similar projects.
