摘要

城市地下空间功能差别大且分属不同主管部门,对于综合管廊此类线性市政工程,在通过地铁车站、地下空间商业开发区段时,常常被迫中断.深圳地铁13号线共建综合管廊工程结合了地铁车站的建筑特点与地下空间开发的需求,实现了设计统筹,为综合管廊与地铁及地下空间的共建提供了标准的解决方案.综合管廊位于地铁车站附属下方共建时空间布局最合理,可以节省20%~38%的投资,同时综合管廊与地铁区间及地下空间共建时,也可以节省投资20%左右,经济效益显著.

Abstract

The function of urban underground space is different and belongs to different administrative departments.Being a linear municipal engineering,utility tunnel is often interrupted when passing through the metro station and the underground space development zone.The co-construction of utility tunnel project of Shenzhen metro line 13 combines the characteristics of metro station construction and the demand of underground space development,real-izes the integrated design,and provides a standard solution for the co-construction of utility tunnel,metro and un-derground space.The spatial layout of utility tunnel is the most reasonable when it is located under the metro sta-tion,and the investment can be saved by 20%~38%.At the same time,when the utility tunnel is jointly developed with the metro sections and underground commercial spaces,economic benefits is significant with the investment saved by nearly 20%.
