拓宽路基差异沉降主控因素分析及地基处理选择依据研究

以山东省某高速公路路基改扩建项目为例,采用FLAC有限差分软件模拟了路基拓宽施工及工后沉降过程,研究了路基拓宽宽度、路基填筑高度、路基填料模量、新旧路基模量比、路基土体黏聚力和路基土体内摩擦角6种因素对拓宽路基差异沉降的影响,并通过正交分析法确定了拓宽路基差异沉降的主控影响因素.研究结果表明,路基拓宽宽度、路基填筑高度和新旧路基模量比为拓宽路基差异沉降的主控因素;重点针对新旧路基模量比对拓宽路基差异沉降的影响开展了单因素分析,提出了主次加固区概念,并分析提出了地基处理方案选择依据.研究结论对于公路拓宽路基差异沉降的控制有着重要参考价值.
Analysis of the Main Controlling Factors of Differential Settlement of Widened Roadbed and Research on the Selection Basis of Foundation Treatment
Taken a highway roadbed reconstruction project in Shandong as an example,the process of roadbed widen-ing construction and settlement after construction was simulated by FLAC finite difference software.The effects of six factors of the width of roadbed widening,the height of roadbed fill,the modulus of roadbed fill,the ratio of new to old foundation modulus,the cohesion of roadbed soil,and the internal friction angle of roadbed soil on differential settlement of the widened roadbed were studied.The main controlling factors were determined by orthogonal analy-sis.The results indicated that the width of roadbed widening,the height of roadbed fill,and the ratio of new to old foundation modulus are the main controlling factors of differential settlement of the widened roadbed;Therefore,a single-factor analysis was carried out focusing on the influence of the ratio of new to old foundation modulus on dif-ferential settlement of the widened roadbed.The concepts of primary and secondary reinforcement areas were pro-posed as well as the selection basis for the foundation treatment schemes.The study have significant reference value for the control of differential settlement of highway roadbed widening.
