北京朝阳大悦城交通综合治理设计研究

摘要
朝阳大悦城位于北京市东部朝青板块核心地段,是重要商圈之一.为解决朝阳大悦城周边存在的交通拥堵、秩序混乱、慢行交通品质低、交通科技设施不足等问题,通过对现况路网及各类交通需求进行调研分析,明确"以人为本、慢行优先、路权明确、统一协调、科技引领、动态管理"的设计思路,采取交叉口改造、道路断面调整、提升慢行系统、规范停车环境、土地综合利用、升级并完善智能交通设施等措施,改造后提高了路网通行能力及慢行品质,保障了慢行安全,满足了非机动车停放需求,优化了商圈环境.目前该项目主要改造工作已实施完成,取得了良好的预期效果,达到了朝阳大悦城整体定位及治理要求.该项目设计及实施经验可为后续类似综合治理项目提供参考.
Abstract
Locates in the core area of Chaoqing Block in the east of Beijing,Chaoyang Joy City is one of the most important business circles.In order to solve the problems such as traffic congestion,traffic disorder,low quality of non-motorized traffic system and insufficient traffic technology facilities in surrounding area,the current road net-work and each traffic demand are surveyed to propose the design concept of"people-oriented,priority for non-mo-tor traffic,clarifying right-of-way,coordinate and unified,technology leadership and dynamic management",and adopt the optimization measures include intersection reconstruction,cross-section adjustment,non-motorized traffic system improvement,parking management,comprehensive utilization of land,intelligent traffic facilities upgrade and optimization and so on.After the reconstruction,traffic capacity and the quality of non-motor traffic are im-proved,non-motor traffic safety is ensured,the parking demand is met and the business environment is optimized.At present,the main reconstruction work has been completed,achieved good expected results and met the overall treatment requirements of Chaoyang Joy City.The design and implementation experience of this project can provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
