首钢园区北区及周边交通改善策略研究

随着首钢园区的快速发展,其交通吸引不断增长,园区周边开始出现交通拥堵,亟待研究交通改善策略,提高该区域交通服务水平.因此,对首钢园区北区所在区域进行了交通调查分析,结合现场建设条件,从完善路网、立交节点改造、路口改造等方面提出了交通改善策略.通过预测分析,证明所提出交通改善策略可有效缓解该区域交通拥堵状况,提高路网运行效率和交通服务水平.该项目位于北京市中心城区,敏感要素和制约条件较多,交通改善策略充分考虑了相关控制因素,可为开展城市建成区类似项目交通研究和管理决策提供借鉴和参考.
Study on Traffic Improvement for North Part of Shougang Park and the Surroundings
With the rapid development of the Shougang Park,traffic attraction has been growing to cause traffic con-gestion round the park.There is an urgent need to study traffic improvement strategies to improve the level of trans-portation services in the area.A traffic survey and analysis at north part of Shougang Park is carries out in this paper.Combining with the on-site construction conditions,a strategic study on the traffic improvement is put forward from the aspects of perfecting the road network,interchange node reconstruction,and intersection reconstruction.Through the prediction and analysis,the traffic improvement strategy can effectively improve the traffic congestion,improve the road network operation efficiency and traffic service level.The project is located in the central urban area of Bei-jing with many sensitive factors and constraints.The relevant control factors are fully considered by the strategy,which can provide reference for the research of traffic study and decision-making for similar projects in urban areas.
