Construction Monitoring & Control Technology of Steel-Concrete Hybrid Beam Swivel Bridge Crossing Busy Railway Trunk Line
In order to ensure the construction of large-span steel-concrete hybrid beams of bridge,it is necessary to monitor the safety and stability parameters of the structure in real time.Taking a steel-concrete hybrid beam swivel bridge crossing a busy railway trunk line as an example,the relevant research is carried out by combining numerical simulation calculation with field monitoring.The results show that both the stress and deformation results of the bridge by numerical simulation meet the relevant design requirements,indicating that the model has certain ratio-nality and accuracy;The safety performance parameters such as the stress of the key section and the alignment of the main beam by the field measurement meet the requirements of the specification.The measured results are con-sistent with the numerical simulation results,which effectively verifies the applicability of the large-span steel-con-crete hybrid beam swivel construction monitoring technology system;By analyzing the measured vibration response curves of the beam end,it is found there are the beam end tremor caused by accidental phenomena of the contact between the support foot and the slideway and the irregularity of the slideway occurs during the rotation process.But the influence is within the controllable range.The relevant conclusions can provide some reference for the construc-tion monitoring & control technology of similar long-span swivel bridges.
