为解决低品质建筑垃圾再生料消纳不足的问题,研究利用废混类再生细骨料、废混类渣土、砖混类再生料、砖混类渣土分别制备可控性低强材料的可行性,测试了 4类再生料制备的可控性低强材料的工作性能与力学性能指标,并进行了材料成本分析和中试工程应用.结果表明:4类再生料制备的可控性低强材料出机扩展度为595~790 mm,120 min后扩展度为330~570 mm,坍落度在200 mm以上,28 d抗压强度为0.8~2.1 MPa,满足一般回填工程要求,即4类再生料均可用于制备可控性低强材料.综合考虑可控性低强材料性能及成本因素,采用两类渣土制备的可控性低强材料具有更广阔的应用前景.
Study on Production & Application of Controlled Low Strength Material Based on Different Recycled Materials of Construction Waste
In order to solve the problem of insufficient consumption of low-quality recycled materials of construction waste,the feasibility of controlled low strength materials(CLSM)prepared by recycled fine aggregate and slag soil of waste mixture,recycled materials and slag soil of brick mixture respectively were studied.The working perfor-mance and mechanical properties of the CLSM prepared with four types of recycled materials were tested,and the material cost analysis and pilot project application were carried out.The results show that the CLSM have an out-of-machine expansion of 595~790 mm,a 120-min expansion of 330~570 mm,a slump of over 200 mm,and a 28-d compressive strength of 0.8~2.1 MPa,which can meet the general requirements of backfilling projects.That is,all the four types of recycled materials can be used to prepare CLSM.Considering the performance and cost factors,the CLSM prepared with two types of waste soil have more bright prospects.
