不粘轮乳化沥青国内研究进展

沥青路面是多层弹性体系结构.乳化沥青作为黏层材料,可使多层结构成为受力整体,直接影响道路使用寿命.但是,普通乳化沥青黏层常因施工车辆碾压而出现严重的粘轮现象,造成层间粘结缺失.近年来,不粘轮乳化沥青因粘轮率低、破乳时间短、层间粘结强度高,在乳化沥青领域受到重点关注.目前,国内不粘轮乳化沥青的研究尚处于起步阶段,不粘轮乳化沥青制备方法众多,测试方法不统一,市售产品性能也良莠不齐.结合北京地区高速公路多年养护工程实践经验,系统梳理了不粘轮乳化沥青在国内的研究进展,对粘轮破坏机理和不粘轮乳化沥青的制备、性能测试、实际应用等情况进行了分类阐述,并对不粘轮乳化沥青未来研究的重点及发展方向提出了建议.
Research Development on Trackless Wheel Emulsified Asphalt in China
Asphalt pavement is a multi-layer elastic system structure.Being a tack coat,emulsified asphalt make multi-layers structures a whole stresses system so that the service life of roads was directly affected.However,the ordinary emulsified asphalt is often picked up and contaminated by construction traffic,resulting in poor bonding at the interface.At present,the research on trackless wheel emulsified asphalt is still in the early stage in China.The preparation methods are varied and the test methods are divided,resulting in uneven performance of commercially available products.Based on years of practical experience in highway maintenance projects in Beijing,a literature search to examine the research progress of trackless emulsified asphalt was conducted in China in this study.the failure mechanism,preparation,performance testing,and applications were elaborated.The suggestions were put forward for the research emphasis and development direction of trackless emulsified asphalt in future.
