管棚超前预支护力学计算的改进梁模型

为防止隧道孔洞坍塌、控制围岩变形、保障掌子面的稳定和施工安全,计算了管棚的真实力学行为.基于掌子面前方扰动岩土的支撑作用和初支变形及其滞后效应,推导了管棚梁计算模型和挠度计算公式,并对比分析了公式推导值、现场实测值和数值模拟值.分析结果表明:与数值模拟值相比,推导的新型梁模型计算值与现场实测值更加接近,表明其具有一定的合理性.综合各方面因素后认为,钢管直径为114mm+围岩注浆时控制围岩变形的效果最好.由推导的新型梁模型计算的钢管最大挠度值为11mm,满足施工要求,验证了新型梁模型的可靠性.
The Improved Beam of Mechanical Calculation of Pipe Roof Advance Pre-support
In order to prevent the collapse of the tunnel hole,control the deformation of the surrounding rock,en-sure the stability of the tunnel face and the construction safety,the real mechanical behavior of the pipe roof is cal-culated.Based on the supporting effect of loose rock and soil in front of the tunnel face,the deformation of the initial support and its lag effect,the calculation model and deflection calculation formula of the pipe roof beam are derived.The formula derived values,on-site measured values and numerical simulation values are compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the calculated values of the derived new beam model are closer to the on-site measured values compared with the numerical simulation values,indicating that it has certain rationality.After considering vari-ous factors,it is believed that the effect of controlling rock deformation is best during the surrounding rock grouting with the 114 mm diameter of the steel pipe.The maximum deflection value of the steel pipe calculated by the derived new beam model is 11 mm,which meets the construction requirements and verifies the reliability of the new beam model.
