Control of the Surrounding Environmental Deformation of the Deep Large Foundation Pit Construction Close to the Exiting Line in Urban Built-up Area
With the development of urban subway construction, the utilization of construction schemes of cross-transfer close to existing subway station is progressively increasing in urban built areas.Because of the high stan-dards of operational quality of the passengers and operational management units, how to well control deformation of the surrounding environment during the smooth construction of new stations has become an issue that urban rail transit development must confront.Based on new cross-transfer open-cut station close to an existing subway station of the capacity expansion and upgrading project of Beijing metro line 13,the problems of the initial proposed scheme was presents according to the existing similar projects from the aspects of the foundation pit surrounding structure and supporting structure.Based on the project characteristics, the optimized schemes were summarized.Through comparison of schemes before and after optimization, combined with numerical simulation and the actual monitoring data during construction,it is proved that the optimized scheme was feasible and achieved favorable results in con-trolling deformations of surrounding environments at the existing station. It provides practical reference value for constructing deep large foundation pits close to existing lines in similar urban built-up areas.
