摘要
系杆拱桥是一种常用的结构体系,具有受力合理、用材经济、施工方便、造型优美等优点.其中,钢桁架系杆拱桥跨越能力大,近年来在我国得到了广泛应用.索梁锚固结构是大跨度钢桁架系杆拱桥的关键部位.为研究钢锚箱结构的受力性能,以湖南省株洲市清水塘大桥为工程背景,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了包含锚箱结构的系梁节段模型,并对其进行了计算分析.研究结果表明:吊点隔板与锚箱底板连接处受力最不利.通过调整吊点隔板与锚箱底板连接处的构造参数,并对计算结果进行对比分析,得到了吊点隔板受力的最佳构造尺寸,据此优化了设计方案,相关研究和设计成果可为今后同类型钢锚箱的研究分析及设计提供借鉴.
Abstract
Tied arch bridge is a common structural system,which has merits such as reasonable behavior under load,economy of materials,easy to construction and beautiful shape.Because of the large crossing capacity,the steel truss tied arch bridge has become very popular in China.Cable-girder anchorage is the key structure of long-span steel truss tied arch bridge.In order to study the mechanical performance of steel anchor box structure,Qingshuitang Bridge in Zhuzhou of Hunan Province was taken as an example.The section model of the tie beam including the an-chor box structure was established by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the calculation analysis was carried out.The research results indicate that the most dangerous place is where the partition meets the bottom of the anchor box.By adjusting the structural parameters of the connection between the partition and the bottom of the an-chor box,and comparing and analyzing calculation results,the optimal structural size of the partition was obtained to optimize the design scheme.The relevant research and design results can provide reference for the research,analysis and design of similar steel anchor boxes in future.
