摘要

通过利用废弃混凝土破碎后的粉体、粗集料和细骨料来制备地聚合物稳定再生骨料和水泥稳定再生骨料,并依据现行规范对二者的工程特性进行对比试验研究.研究结果表明,地聚合物稳定再生骨料的无侧限抗压强度、无侧限抗压回弹模量、水稳定性以及干缩指标均满足相关规范要求.在相同地聚合物和水泥掺量下,水泥稳定再生骨料的力学性能优于地聚合物稳定再生骨料;二者的水稳定性处于同一水平;地聚合物稳定再生骨料的干缩性能优于水泥稳定再生骨料.

Abstract

The geopolymer stabilized recycled aggregate and cement stabilized recycled aggregate are prepared by the crushed powder,coarse aggregate,and fine aggregate of waste concrete.The engineering characteristics are compared and studied based on current specifications.The research results indicate that all the unconfined compres-sive strength,unconfined compressive rebound modulus,water stability,and shrinkage index of geopolymer stabi-lized recycled aggregates meet the relevant specifications.Under the same polymer and cement content,the me-chanical properties of cement stabilized recycled aggregate are better than those of polymer stabilized recycled ag-gregate;Both the water stability are the same;The dry shrinkage performance of geopolymer stabilized recycled ag-gregate is better than that of cement stabilized recycled aggregate.
