生态混凝土胶凝材料配合比优化试验研究

以42.5级硫铝酸盐水泥作为研究对象进行改性处理,对生态混凝土胶凝材料的配合比进行了优化研究.针对生态混凝土生态护坡时碱度偏高,无法达到植生要求的问题,兼顾生态混凝土的抗压强度,通过选择不同的矿物掺合料进行胶凝材料的试配试验,并测定其性能.结果表明,将硫铝酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料的主要成分是可行的;在胶凝材料中掺入矿物掺合料能够降低碱度,但效果并不明显;石膏相对于其他矿物掺合料具有更强的控碱能力,且制备的生态混凝土的抗压强度也达到了较为理想的水平;在硫铝酸盐水泥中掺入5%硅灰、20%石膏和15%矿粉,可使生态混凝土的碱度和抗压强度达到较为理想的状态.
Experimental Study on the Ratio of the Eco Concrete Cementitious Materials
The 42.5 grade sulfoaluminate cement was taken as the research object,the modification treatment was carried out,and the optimization of the mix proportion of eco concrete was studied.In response to the problems of high alkalinity in eco concrete ecological slope protection,which cannot meet the requirements of plant,as well as the compressive strength.Different mineral admixtures were selected for trial mixing tests of cementitious materials to measure the performance.The results indicate that sulfoaluminate cement is feasible to be the main component of the cementitious materials;That adding mineral admixtures to cementitious materials can reduce alkalinity,but the effect is not significant;Gypsum has stronger alkali control ability than other mineral admixtures,and the compres-sive strength of the prepared eco concrete also reached an ideal level;Adding 5%silica fume,20%gypsum,and 15%mineral powder to sulfoaluminate cement can achieve ideal alkalinity and compressive strengt.
