Research of Horizontal Rotation Construction Technology and Monitoring of Single-tower Cable-stayed Bridge Tower across Railway
A cable-stayed railway bridge has pylons of 85 m,inward inclination of 81.22 ° for the left and right piers. The construction method employed is the combination of formwork construction with planar rotation, which has a counterclockwise rotation of 93 ° and the rotation weight of approximately 18 500 tons.In order to address safety concerns the horizontal rotation during construction because of large weight and high gravity of the pylon,a technical analysis and on-site testing were conducted to obtain the key technical points of weighing, counter weighting, attitude monitoring and adjustment. The main conclusions include:that balancing symmetric counter-weights of 50 tonnes along the lower crossbeams and segment 0 beams can reduce the center of gravity; The rotation process is sensitive to unbalanced torque and eccentricity so that pylon weighing and counter weighting errors should be strictly controlled; Before the attitude adjustment, the counterweights are moved out and the pylon's attitude is locked by temporary supports. The verticality should keep consistent before and after rotation.
