Calculation Model of Carbon Emission for Urban Rail Transport under Multi-dimensional Integration Strategy
Being a significant industry in energy consumption and carbon emissions, urban rail transportation ac-counts for a substantial portion during the operational phase, and presents significant potential for reducing carbon emissions. In light of this, extensive research and insights from both home and abroad development models were leveraged to summarize a multi-dimensional integration strategy of energy, train, storage, and network was pro-posed for urban railway system. And a carbon emission calculation model was established.By employing scenario-based analysis, carbon emissions were calculated and analyzed under multiple scenarios of baseline scenario, the proportion of clean energy, and the energy-saving efficiency. The research indicate that carbon peaking will be achieved by 2030 under the baseline scenario.Carbon neutrality will be achievable with a clean energy proportion of 75%by 2060;In order of significance, the factors impacting carbon emissions of urban rail transportation are clean energy, environmental control systems, traction power systems, and regenerative braking systems. This study help to provide theoretical basis for urban rail transportation policies, facilitate the realization of the dual carbon objec-tives,and offer great theoretical and social value.
