基于多维计算的紧邻建筑物深基坑支护方案研究

以山东省济南市济齐路综合管廊局部紧邻建筑物深基坑为依托,采用启明星计算软件和Midas GTS三维有限元分析软件对灌注桩+内支撑和钢板桩+内支撑+微型钢管隔离桩2种支护方案进行了对比计算分析.分析结果表明,钢板桩支护的最大水平位移比灌注桩小约51%,钢板桩支护内力比灌注桩小49%~54%,且建筑物竖向位移相近,这说明微型钢管隔离桩不仅具有水平向承载力作用,还提高了水平向变形隔断作用.通过对比数值模拟数据与现场监测数据可知,两者虽存在数值差异,但变化趋势一致,且符合常规变化规律,这说明模拟结果具有指导意义.在同等条件下,钢板桩+内支撑+微型钢管隔离桩支护方案更为经济和有效.
Study on the Deep Foundation Pit Support Schemes for Adjacent Buildings Based on Multi-dimensional Calculation
Based on the deep foundation pit adjacent buildings on the Jiqi Road Comprehensive Gallery in Jinan,Shandong Province,Venus Computing and Midas GTS 3D Finite Element Analysis software were used to compare two support schemes of filling piles+internal support with steel sheet piles+internal support+micro steel pipe iso-lation piles.The analysis results show that the maximum horizontal displacement of steel sheet pile support is about 51%smaller than that of cast-in-place pile support.The internal force is about 49%to 54%smaller than that of cast-in-place pile support.The vertical displacements of buildings are similar.The micro-steel pipe isolation pile not only has horizontal bearing capacity,but also improves the horizontal deformation isolation effect.By comparing the numerical simulation data with the field monitoring data,although there are numerical differences between them,their changing trends are consistent and in line with the regular changes,which shows that the simulation re-sults are of guiding significance.Under the same conditions,the support scheme of steel sheet piles+internal sup-port+micro steel pipe isolation piles is more economical and effective.
