Research on Fault Classification and Diagnosis of Centrifugal Pumps of a Water Plant in Dongguan City
In order to enhance the operational efficiency and water supply safety of water plants,fault diagnosis tech-niques for pump,which is key equipment in urban water supply systems,was explored by a systematic fault classifi-cation method.Firstly,an overview of the basic structure and working principles of water pumps was given.Then,various types of faults,the causes,and manifestations were analyzed in detail and laid a theoretical foundation for fault diagnosis.The traditional and modern intelligent diagnostic technologies were reviewed to provide references for selecting appropriate diagnostic methods when faults occur in a water plant in Dongguan City.The effectiveness of the proposed classification method was verified by an in-depth analysis of actual fault cases.And specific diagnostic and resolution solutions were provided.Finally,the study looks forward to the future development trends of water pump fault diagnosis technology.With the advancement of intelligent and automated technologies,fault diagnosis will encounter new opportunities for growth.This study not only provides valuable experience for a water plant in Dongguan City but also a reference for the maintenance and fault management of water pumps in other water plants,contributing to the improvement of technical levels and service quality of the entire industry.
