污泥焚烧灰渣资源化利用分析

随着我国污水处理量的快速增加,随之带来的剩余污泥过量堆积问题亟待解决.在目前污泥处理处置过程中,焚烧是最常用的污泥热处理方法,由于其产物污泥焚烧灰渣主要成分与粉煤灰、煤矸石等固体废弃物接近,同时具有火山灰活性,所以近年来污泥焚烧灰渣在工程上已经被用于辅助胶凝材料、生产水泥、路基材料等建材化利用途径.基于此综述了我国污泥焚烧处理处置现状;并从污泥焚烧灰渣化学成分、矿物成分、表观形貌出发,对其建材化利用可行性及不利影响分别进行了分析;此外,从污泥焚烧灰渣火山灰活性的调控方式出发,总结了污泥焚烧灰渣在建材化利用中的基本原理、主要途径和应用概况;最后,对污泥焚烧灰渣建材化产业发展进行了展望,以期为污泥处理与废弃物资源化利用行业提供参考.
Analysis of Resource Utilization of Sludge Incineration Ash
With the rapid development of sewage treatment capacity in China,the excessive accumulation of sludge has become urgent problem.At present,sludge incineration is the most commonly method for heat treatment of sludge.Due to the similar composition to solid wastes of fly ash and coal gangue,and the pozzolanic activity,sludge incin-eration ash(SIA)has recently been applied in engineering to assist in producing cement subgrade materials and oth-er building materials.The current state of sludge incineration treatment was summarizedin China;From the chemi-cal composition,mineral composition,and apparent morphology,the feasibility and potential adverse effects of SIA building materials utilization was analyzed;In addition,the basic principles,main methods,and applications of SIA in building materials were summarized with a focus on controlling its pozzolanic activity;Finally,the prospects of SIA building materials industry were explored to provide a reference for sludge treatment and waste resource uti-lization.
