城市轨道交通线路中有大量地面线和高架线,在冬季,尤其是冰雪天气,用于供电的接触轨在恶劣的环境温度和湿度等条件下会出现覆冰雪现象,严重时会导致受流器和接触轨损害,危及列车运行安全.因此,接触轨融冰除雪技术是轨道交通系统运营的焦点问题.围绕接触轨冰雪积聚问题,研究分析了国内外主流融冰除雪技术,阐述了各种融冰除雪方法的原理,对比分析了不同融冰除雪技术的优劣势.重点介绍了一种新型复合型融冰除雪方案——基于电磁感应加热原理的接触轨融冰除雪技术,阐述了该方案的构成、工作原理、特点和效果等,并对未来接触轨融冰除雪技术的发展趋势进行了展望.
Research on Ice Melting and Snow Removal Technology for Contact Rail
There are a large number of ground and elevated lines in urban rail transit lines.In winter,especially un-der icy and snowy weather,the contact rails of power supply are covered with ice and snow under harsh environ-mental temperature and humidity.In severe cases,it cause damage to the current collector and contact rails and en-danger the safety of train operation.Therefore,the technology of melting ice and removing snow for contact rails is a key issue in the operation of rail transit systems.Focusing on the issue of ice and snow accumulation on contact rails,the main ice melting and snow removal technologies at home and abroad are analyzed,explained the princi-ples of various methods,and compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different technologies in this study.Based on electromagnetic induction heating principle,a new type of composite ice melting and snow re-moval scheme are introduced.The composition,working principle,characteristics,and effects of this scheme are e-laborated,and the development trend in the future is forecasted.
