Study on Evaluation Index System and Application of an Ordinary National and Provincial Trunk Highways Maintenance in Qinghai Province
In order to promote the development of pavement maintenance for ordinary national and provincial trunk highways and effectively implement the relevant requirements of the"14th Five-Year Plan"transportation develop-ment plan of Qinghai Province,the crucial factors during the design and construction stages of pavement mainte-nance for national and provincial trunk highways in Qinghai Province were deeply analyzed.Combined with the re-gional characteristics,the method of the post-maintenance evaluation index system of Qinghai Province ordinary national trunk highway pavement was proposed based on the Pressure-State-Response(PSR)model as well as the method of determining index weight based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).An ordinary national highway management engineering in Qinghai Province was evaluated by the post-maintenance evaluation index system.And the results indicated that the index system was highly applicable.The post-maintenance evaluation system is of great significance for enhancing the maintenance and construction level of Qinghai provincial highways,and can provide a reference for the post-maintenance evaluation of other regions in China.
