市政深层隧道适用性分析

城市开发建设过程中普遍面临土地资源紧张、中浅层地下空间的利用已接近极限、规划大型市政廊道落实难度大等一系列问题.基于国土空间规划立体开发和地下空间综合开发理念,吸收借鉴国内外市政深层隧道优秀案例,将市政深层隧道细分为原水保障类深层隧道、污水转输深层隧道、雨洪排放深层隧道、污染控制深层隧道、多功能深层隧道和电力深层隧道六大类.从问题导向、方案论证、城市社会经济条件等多方面统筹考虑市政深层隧道规划建设,深入分析各类市政深层隧道在一线城市规划建设的适宜性和可行性.遵循城市基础设施高质量发展理念,并考虑到深层地下空间不可再生及深层隧道规模大、跨度大、影响面广等因素,提出深层隧道平面和竖向上的管控要素,建议市政深层隧道不应全面铺开,而是作为市政廊道构建的辅助手段适度利用.
Applicability Analysis of the Municipal Deep Tunnels
In the process of urban development,there are common problems of tight land resources,the utilization of medium and shallow underground space that is close to the limit,and the planning of large-scale municipal corri-dors that is difficult to implement.Based on the concepts of 3D development of territorial space planning and com-prehensive development of underground space,excellent cases of municipal deep tunnels are absorbed and learned at home and abroad.The municipal deep tunnels are subdivided into six categories of deep tunnels for raw water protection,deep tunnels for sewage transfer,deep tunnels for rainwater discharge,deep tunnels for pollution con-trol,multifunctional deep tunnels and deep tunnels for electric power.The planning and construction are totally considered from the perspective of problem orientation,program demonstration,urban socio-economic conditions,etc.The appropriateness and feasibility of various types in first-tier city planning and construction are further ana-lyzed.Following the concept of high-quality development of urban infrastructure,and taking into account the non-renewable deep underground space and the large scale,large span and wide influence of deep tunnels,etc.,the control elements of deep tunnels in the plane and vertical direction are put forward.It is suggested that the municipal deep tunnels should not be comprehensively carried out,but rather utilized moderately as an auxiliary means of constructing municipal corridors.
