城市高架桥雨水资源化利用技术方案与效益分析

我国超过2/3的城市面临水资源短缺和内涝问题,开展城市雨水资源化利用既可以实现非常规水资源利用,又可以降低内涝风险.城市高架桥由于具有明显的落差,桥面雨水在收集过程中具有显著的优势.该研究提出一种城市高架桥雨水资源化利用技术方案,充分利用桥面高差和桥墩的立体空间,实现初期雨水自动弃流和落地前完成净化.方案系统包括雨水收集处理、数据收集、中枢处理和雨水回用4个模块,收集的雨水用于桥面喷洒、绿地灌溉、汽车清洗等.以北京市与广州市为例,针对5、10、20年3个重现期设计雨水收集池的尺寸,分别考虑丰水年、平水年、枯水年3种不同情况进行雨水资源化利用效益分析.结果表明,北京市采取10年一遇的设计方案效益最佳(平均回本周期约7年),每年每套装置可减排二氧化碳约938 kg;广州市采取20年一遇的设计方案效益最佳(平均回本周期约3年),每年每套装置可减排二氧化碳约1 398 kg.城市高架桥雨水资源化利用体现了建设环境友好型、资源节约型及可持续发展城市的发展理念,是城市高架桥地表径流削减与污染控制和资源化的一种重要措施.
Technical Plan and Benefit Analysis for Urban Overpass Rainwater Resource Utilization
There are more than two-thirds of cities facing water scarcity and urban waterlogging issues in China.Uti-lization of urban rainwater resources can achieve unconventional water resource utilization and reduce the risk of ur-ban waterlogging.Because of the obvious height differences,urban overpasses have significant advantages in the collection of surface runoff.A technical plan for the utilization of rainwater resources in urban overpasses was pro-posed,which is making full use of the height difference of the bridge deck and 3D space of the bridge piers to achieve automatic runoff abandonment and purification before landing.The system includes four modules of rainwa-ter collection,data collection,central processing and rainwater reuse,collected rainwater is used for bridge deck spraying,green space irrigation,car washing,etc.Taking Beijing and Guangzhou as examples,the sizes of rainwa-ter collection tanks are designed for recurrence periods of 5,10,and 20 years,rainwater resource utilization benefit are analyzed under three different scenarios of abundant water period,normal water period,and drought period.The results show that the scheme with a 10-year recurrence period design is optimal for Beijing(The average return on investment(ROI)period is about 7 years),reducing 938 kg of CO2 emissions per set annually;For Guangzhou,the scheme with a 20-year recurrence period design is optimal(The average ROI period is about 3 years),reducing 1 398 kg of CO2 emissions per set annually.The design of rainwater resource utilization in urban overpasses embod-ies the development concept of constructing environmentally friendly,resource-saving,and sustainable cities,and is an important measure for reducing surface runoff,pollution control and resource utilization on urban overpass road surfaces.
