Research on the Optimization of Water Plant Layout Under the Background of Urban-Rural Integration
Being an important livelihood project for the water industry to implement the rural revitalization strategy, the integrated water supply of urban and rural areas is an important measure to optimize resource allocation, improve the water quality of rural residents, and promote the green and low-carbon water supply industry.Taking Hangzhou as an example, five influencing factors of elevation, slope, water consumption, water source guarantee capacity and water plant service capacity are selected for suitability evaluation. The multi-factor superposition analysis is carried out by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to comprehensively evaluate the demand for water plant construction in dif-ferent regions. The economy of water supply and the guarantee of water supply quality are comprehensively consid-ered and the layout and construction of water plants is scientifically guided to build a safer, more efficient and green water supply system, which provides reference for the integrated water supply planning of urban and rural areas in other regions.
