Study on the Water Quality Changes of Regenerated Water Pipe Network Under the Action of Different Disinfectants
The abundant microorganisms and each organic matters easily cause deterioration of water quality.Gener-ally,the dosage of disinfectants is commonly employed to regulate microbial growth. However, the disinfectants dosage would change the transported water quality. And subsequently, the microorganisms, corrosion morphology of the pipe wall and structure would be changed. Therefore, the present research investigates the impact of varying concentrations(1,2,4mg/L)of NaClO and ClO2on pH,dissolved oxygen(DO),conductivity, anion mass concentra-tion,oxidation-reduction potential, total iron mass concentration and turbidity of the transported water. These find-ings offer a theoretical foundation for the selection of disinfectants in reclaimed water treatment plants.
