Analysis of Initial Rainfall Pollution Management Strategies of Mega-cities Under Urban Portraits
As one of the main reasons for the deterioration of river water quality, initial rainfall pollution is a major problem that needs to be solved in the management of water environment in many cities in China, especially in some mega-cities.In this paper, the current situation and control measures of initial rainfall pollution in mega-cities such as Tokyo,New York,London,Paris,Berlin in foreign countries and Beijing,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Shanghai in China were described in detail. The data of the selected research cities were categorized into basic attribute data, measure preference data, and service preference data, and focused on the important aspects of source, process, and end. With regard to the initial rainfall management modes chosen by mega-cities of different types, the assessment of natural endowment, rainfall characteristics, surface pollution characteristics, and river water environment was carried out to form a basic portrait of the city.Furthermore, the correlation between typical mega-cities and initial rainfall management modes was analyzed and compared in order to provide study of initial rainfall pollution manage-ment strategies.
