聚氨酯及其混合料水稳定性研究综述

系统综述了聚氨酯及其混合料水稳定性的研究进展.首先,介绍了聚氨酯的基础特性,包括其形态结构、合成机理,并对聚氨酯胶黏剂的耐水性进行了研究,明确了聚氨酯是一种由软段和硬段组成的嵌段聚合物.为获得优良的耐水性,软硬段的选择至关重要,采用聚醚多元醇作为软段,芳香族异氰酸酯作为硬段,可以提升聚氨酯的耐水性.其次,分析了水对聚氨酯混合料的影响,发现无论哪种类型的聚氨酯混合料,在经过水稳定性试验后,其相关指标如冻融劈裂强度和浸水马歇尔稳定度均有较大幅度的下降.这主要是因为在水的影响下,聚氨酯发生了水解,从而影响了聚氨酯及其混合料的性能.最后,对聚氨酯混合料水稳定性的提升研究进行了综述,总结了可以改善聚氨酯混合料水稳定性的3种措施,即调整聚氨酯胶黏剂软硬段组成、改变聚氨酯混合料配合比以及添加改性剂.该研究可为后续聚氨酯混合料水稳定性的研究提供参考.
Review on Water Stability of Polyurethane and Its Mixture
A systematic review was conducted on the research progress of water stability of polyurethane and its mix-tures.Firstly,the basic characteristics of polyurethane such as morphological structure,synthesis mechanism were introduced.The water resistance of polyurethane adhesive was studied to clarify that polyurethane is a block polymer composed of soft and hard segments.In order to achieve excellent water resistance,the selection of soft and hard segments is crucial.That polyether polyols was taken as soft segments and aromatic Isocyanate as hard segments can enhance the water resistance of polyurethane.Secondly,the influence of water on polyurethane mixtures was ana-lyzed.It was found that regardless of the type of polyurethane mixture,its relevant indicators such as freeze-thaw splitting strength and immersion Marshall stability decreased significantly after water stability testing.This is mainly because polyurethane undergoes hydrolysis under the influence of water,,which affects the performance of polyurethane and its mixtures.Finally,a review was conducted on the research on improving the water stability of polyurethane mixtures,three measures were summarized to improve the water stability of polyurethane mixtures,namely adjust the composition of the soft and hard segments of polyurethane adhesives,change the mix proportion of polyurethane mixtures,and add modifiers.This study can provide reference for the subsequent research on the water stability of polyurethane mixtures.
