扩宽公路差异沉降影响范围及敏感性研究

为确定扩宽公路在运营期内差异沉降影响范围,针对某一级软土地基公路扩宽工程,应用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟分析了该扩宽公路运营期的沉降发展规律.引入变坡率作为差异沉降的控制标准,评价了运营期间扩宽公路的差异沉降影响;考虑石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石基层的弯拉强度RS,提出了一种扩宽公路差异沉降影响范围的确定方法;进一步考虑地下水位、粉质黏土层厚度和粉质黏土压缩指数,设计了 3因素3水平正交试验,以研究扩宽软土地基公路差异沉降影响范围在不同因素水平下的变化特征.结果表明:运营期间地基的固结沉降是引起扩宽公路路面沉降的主要原因,扩宽路段地基顶部各点沉降发展显著受空间位置的影响;随着地基固结速率的降低,最大沉降量的发展速率逐渐减小,运营6年后发展速率逐渐稳定,最大沉降量的发生位置保持在扩宽段的2/3处;扩宽公路的变坡率在运营初期快速发展,随后发展速率逐渐减缓,且均未超限;扩宽公路的差异沉降影响范围在运营期间的增长率逐渐降低,最终的差异沉降影响范围为4.05 m;差异沉降影响范围对地下水位的变化最敏感,其次为粉质黏土层厚度和粉质黏土压缩指数.在实际工程中,对差异沉降影响范围的治理应当重点关注对地下水位的处理.
Study on the Influence Range and Sensitivity of Differential Settlement of Widening Highway
In order to determine the influence range of differential settlement during the operation period of the widening highway,the settlement development law of the widening highway was simulated and analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software based on the widening project of a first-class soft soil foundation highway.The slope changing rate was introduced as the control standard of differential settlement to evaluate the influence of differential settle-ment of widened highway during operation;Considering the bending strength Rs of lime flyash crushed stone base,a method was proposed;Furtherly considering the groundwater level,the thickness of silty clay layer and the com-pression index of silty clay,a three-factor and three-level orthogonal test was designed to study the variation char-acteristics of the influence range of differential settlement of widened soft soil foundation highway under different factor levels.The results show that the consolidation settlement of the foundation is the main reason for the settle-ment of the widened highway pavement.The settlement development of each point at the top of the widened section is significantly affected by the spatial position.With the decrease of the consolidation rate of the foundation,the de-velopment rate of the maximum settlement gradually decreases.After 6 years of operation,the development rate gradually stabilizes,and the location of the maximum settlement remains at 2/3 of the widening section;The slope changing rate developes rapidly in the early stage of operation,and then the gradually slows down,and all don't exceed the limit;During the operation period,the growth rate of the differential settlement influence range of the widened highway gradually decreases and the final differential settlement influence range is 4.05 m;The influence range of differential settlement is the most sensitive to the change of groundwater level,then the thickness of silty clay layer and the compression index of silty clay.In practical engineering,the treatment of the influence range of differential settlement should focus on groundwater level.
