预制桥面板钢板组合梁桥合理结构体系设计研究

预制桥面板钢板组合梁桥的结构形式简单,构件适合工厂化、预制化批量生产.因此,为了适应组合梁桥快速施工的要求,构件制作必须做到标准化.但是,当前关于预制桥面板、钢板梁、横隔梁制作的标准化研究并不多,故针对该问题,通过比较不同主梁间距和根数的钢板组合梁桥结构性能差异,对适应桥梁快速施工要求的钢板组合梁桥的合理桥宽、跨径、主梁根数的设计进行了研究,并认为采用单跨跨径为30m的4车道(桥宽16.25 m)、少主梁(3根主梁)体系是各钢板组合梁桥中力学性能最优的结构形式;另外,为适应标准化制作预制桥面板钢板组合梁桥各结构构件还给出了一定的建议.
Research on Reasonable Structural System Design of Prefabricated Bridge Deck Steel Plate Composite Beam Bridge
The structural form of prefabricated bridge deck steel plate composite beam bridge is simple,and the components are suitable for mass production by factory and prefabrication.Therefore,in order to meet the require-ments of rapid construction of composite beam bridges,the production of components must be standardized.However,there is currently not much standardization research on the production of prefabricated bridge decks,steel plate beams,and cross beams.The design of bridge width,span,and number of main beams for the bridge has been studied by comparing the structural performance differences of steel plate composite beam bridges with different main beam distances and numbers.It is believed that a single span of 30 meters with 4 lanes(bridge width 16.25 meters)and fewer main beams(3 main beams)system has the structural form with most optimal mechanical performance;In ad-dition,certain suggestions have been provided for the structural components of prefabricated bridge deck steel plate composite beam bridges to adapt to standardized production.
