高速公路建养运一体化设计评价体系研究

深入分析了高速公路建设、养护、运营各个环节的基本要求,提出高速公路建养运一体化内涵,建立了具备设计目标、核心准则、技术支撑、应用效果4个层次的高速公路建养运一体化架构.同时,结合高速公路建养运一体化设计目标和核心准则,提出了基于PSR框架模式和目标分解法相结合的高速公路建养运一体化设计评价指标体系构建方法,并构建了高速公路建养运一体化设计评价指标体系,其包含3项一级指标、14项二级指标和37项三级指标;采用序关系分析法确定了各级评价指标的权重;确定了高速公路建养运一体化设计评价评分标准和等级评定方法.高速公路建养运一体化设计评价体系可为高速公路落实一体化设计理念提供技术支撑.
Research on the Integrated Design Evaluation System of Expressway Construction,Maintenance and Operation
The basic requirements of expressway construction,maintenance and operation(CMO)are deeply analyzed.The definition of expressway integration of CMO is put forward.The integrated architecture is established which has design goal,core standards,technical support and application effect.Combined with the design target and core standards,the method of establishing evaluation index system is proposed based on pressure-state-response(PSR)mode and target decomposition method.The design evaluation index system of expressway integration of CMO is es-tablished,which includes 3 primary indexes,14 secondary indexes and 37 third grade indexes;Each weights of the evaluation indexes are calculated by order relation analysis method;The marking standard and grade evaluation of the method are determined.The evaluation system can provide technical support for the implementation of integrated design concept of expressway.
