Study on the Influence of Shutdown on the Alignment of Rotary T-cantilever Beam and Adjustment Measures
Based on a rotary continuous rigid frame bridge construction in progress in Northwest China, finite element software was used to simulate the construction process of suspension casting. The difference between the measured displacement and deformation of the main beam and the theoretical value during the shutdown was studied, the in-fluence of different shutdown positions and times on the alignment of the beam segment was discussed, and the causes were analyzed to put forward the pre-adjustment measures. The results show that the change of shutdown po-sition and time have significant effect on the deflection of T-cantilever beam; All the flexibility of pier column, the asymmetry of prestressed anchor teeth, the unbalance of hanging basket mass and the uneven settlement of pier foundation will affect the linear change of T-cantilever beam;Counterweight and full prestressed tension are effective adjustment measures to deal with shutdown in winter.During the process of bridge construction,it is suggested to use the simulation model to predict the linear change of the beam section during the shutdown period according to the specific situation, and make adjustment measures in advance to ensure the smooth linear shape of the continuous rigid frame bridge.
