Starting from the perspective of regional endogenous development theory and the realization of common prosperity,the theoretical mechanism of regional endogenous development to solve relative poverty is deeply summa-rized.In light of the actual predicament of relative poverty,it is proposed to establish a mechanism for liberating minds and changing concepts,build a dynamic mechanism for activating regional endogenous development to solve relative poverty,form a resource support mechanism for regional endogenous development to solve relative poverty,build an enabling mechanism for employment and entrepreneurship,and implement a mechanism for combining re-wards and punishments to solve relative poverty,stimulate regional endogenous development momentum,and pro-mote regional development so as to solve the relative poverty,conducive to common prosperity.
