Research on the Improvement Path of Classroom Teaching Ability of Normal College Students from the Perspective of Professional Certification:Taking M University as an Example
Starting from the connotation and current situation of classroom teaching ability of normal college students in M University,this paper analyzes the causes of inadequate classroom teaching ability of normal college students,and probes into the influences of teaching funds input,curriculum structure setting,teaching skills training and edu-cational teaching and research activities on classroom teaching ability of normal college students.Methods and paths to solve the problem are proposed from four aspects:increasing funding investment,optimizing curriculum system,strengthening skill training,and implementing education,teaching and research activities,so as to provide references for the construction of normal major in colleges and universities and the training of normal students,and provide paths for the improvement of classroom teaching ability of normal students.
