A Study on the Negative Motivation Influencing Factors of Korean Learners in Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities
In this study,208 Korean learners and non-Korean majors in application-oriented undergraduate universi-ties are investigated to explore the influencing factors of negative motivation of Korean learners and the differences between Korean majors and non-Korean majors by the principal component analysis and single factor analysis of va-riance and other methods in SPSS.The analysis results show that there are 9 internal and external factors affecting the negative motivation of Korean learners in application-oriented undergraduate universities."Low self-efficacy"was the most important factor.In addition,four new influencing factors including"other influence""anxiety""va-lence"and"attitude towards the target language country"are also summarized.There were significant differences between professional and non-professional subjects in"learning environment","lack of learning strategies"and"anxiety"factors.
