摘要
"十四五"时期,安徽省"三地一区"两中心、"五个区块链接"和皖北承接产业转移集聚区建设为皖北发展带来重大战略机遇.基于区域比较的视角和新发展理念,利用统计年鉴和经济普查数据,从创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享五个层面对皖北地区的经济发展进行比较,明晰皖北地区高质量发展短板,并提出探索"并联式"发展路径、推动基础设施条件跃升、支持资源型城市转型、培育区域创新动能、提升互联互通能力的对策,旨在突破发展瓶颈,开创高质量发展新局面.
Abstract
In the period of "14th Five-Year Plan",the strategies of "three places and one area"two centers in An-hui Province,"five strategic blocks linking"and "construction of industrial transfer clusters in northern Anhui"bring significant strategic opportunities for the development of northern Anhui.Based on the perspective of regional comparison and the new development concept,using the data of statistical yearbook and economic census,the eco-nomic development of northern Anhui is compared from five aspects of being innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared,and the shortcomings of high-quality development in northern Anhui are clarified.This paper also propo-ses countermeasures to explore the "parallel"development path,promote the improvement of infrastructure condi-tions,support the transformation of resource-based cities,cultivate regional innovation momentum,and enhance con-nectivity capabilities,aiming to break through the development bottleneck and create a new situation of high-quality development.
