The Relationship Between Sense of Occupational Benefit,Job Stress and Turnover Intention of Clinical Medical Engineers
The analysis of the relationship among sense of occupational benefit,job stress and turnover intention of clinical medical engineers can provide evidence-based decision basis for reducing turnover of clinical medical engi-neers.This study used random sampling method to distribute questionnaires to the medical engineering departments of 144 hospitals in Anhui Province,and analyzed the real status and internal correlation among sense of occupational benefit,job stress and turnover intention of clinical medical engineers.The results showed that:Clinical medical en-gineers had a positive working attitude and relatively stable professional cognitive experience,but the recognition from relatives and friends was generally not high;They had negative feelings about their professional environment,lacked preparation for actual clinical work as well as promotion opportunities for professional titles;Compared with traditional medical workers,the recognition of professional value and salary are limited.Therefore,this paper first discusses the value of the vocation of clinical medical engineers,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures in terms of the realization of the recognition of professional value,the embodiment of duty performance and practice and the way of incentive implementation.
