Exploration of Online and Offline Blended Teaching of Food Hygiene and Nutrition Professional Courses:Taking Basic Nutriology as an Example
In order to realize the reform of online and offline blended teaching of food hygiene and nutrition profes-sional courses,based on the analysis of learning situation and the consolidation of course content,this paper selects the online teaching platform Chaoxing Xuexitong to establish SPOC courses of major professional courses of food hy-giene and nutrition,and implements online and offline blended teaching.Combining online and offline teaching for the better course design,the reform ensures the teaching quality from the content switching and teaching procedure setting,and does timely knowledge induction and learning feedback.Through such reform,the excellent rate in the final examination was 92%,and the students'satisfaction with the course reached 95%.Thus,the course completed the established teaching tasks and achieved the due teaching effect.
