The Exploration and Practice of the Effective Promotion of Public Physical Education in Second-level Colleges of Universities in the New Era:Taking Anqing Normal University as an Example
In order to train the socialist builders and successors with an all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding,in addition to a hard-working spirit,this paper takes Anqing Normal University as an example to explore the responsibilities,approaches and effects of public physical education work in second-level colleges in the new era.The duties of the second-level college mainly include:assisting in the completion of the basic tasks of col-lege physical education;helping students develop lifelong physical exercise habits;practicing the demonstration effect of lifelong sports and so on.The practical approaches mainly include:cooperating with the completion of the physical health test of college students;fully considering PE credits in students'comprehensive assessment;actively assisting in the completion of the ideological and political education among university sports curricula.The actual re-sults mainly include:the distinguished achiever ratio in physical health test;the winning rate in school-level sports competitions;the distinguished achiever ratio in physical education examination and in Sunshine Long-distance Run-ning.The research shows that the second-level colleges in the new era play an important leading role in the cultiva-tion of students'lifelong physical exercise consciousness and habits.
