摘要
新文科建设背景下,为将"以学生为中心"的教学理念真正落实到教学实践中,提升课堂教学和人才培养质量,以学生学习自主性、学习过程合作性、能力培养多元性、教学内容适应性为改革着力点,结合《金融计量学》教学实践,从四个方面进行了翻转课堂教学改革探索:解构教学目标、重构教学内容、创新教学模式和改革教学评价方式.形成了"求知、育人、服务社会"三位一体的新文科教学范式,提升了教师适应新文科发展的专业素养,构建了跨学科教师团队,起到了较好的示范效应.
Abstract
Under the background of new liberal arts construction,in order to truly implement"student-centered"teaching concept into teaching practice and improve the quality of classroom teaching and talent cultivation,this pa-per has carried out flipped classroom teaching reform of Financial Metrology,which centers on students'learning au-tonomy,cooperation in the learning process,diversity of ability cultivation,and adaptability of teaching content.Based on the teaching practice of Financial Metrology,the flipped classroom teaching reform is explored from four aspects:deconstructing teaching objective,reconstructing teaching content,innovating teaching mode,and reforming teaching evaluation method.a new liberal arts teaching paradigm of"seeking knowledge,educating students and ser-ving society",which enhances the professional competence of teachers to adapt to the development of new liberal arts,builds an interdisciplinary teacher team and plays a good demonstration effect.
