协同育人视域下高校劳动教育和思政教育的融合策略探析
Exploring the Integration Strategy of Labor Education and Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Education

摘要
在协同育人视域下,深度融合劳动教育和思政教育,有助于高校不断巩固思政教育主阵地,深入落实"立德树人"根本任务,促进大学生的全面发展,使大学生成长为堪当复兴大任的时代新人.劳动教育应不断强化政治属性,深化理论属性,活化实践属性.为此,高校应该树立协同育人理念,明确劳动教育协同目标,积极完善劳动教育和思政教育协同育人机制,打造协同育人平台,进一步强化劳动实践教育,创设协同育人良好氛围.
Abstract
Under the perspective of collaborative education,the deep integration of labor education and ideological and political education can help colleges and universities to continuously consolidate the main position of ideological and political education,deeply carry out the basic task of fostering virtue through education and promoting the com-prehensive development of college students,and make them grow up to be new men of the times who can take on the great responsibility of rejuvenation.In practice,the political attributes of labor education should be strengthened,the theoretical attributes of labor education should be deepened,and the practical attributes of labor education should be activated.To this end,colleges and universities should establish the concept of collaborative education,clarify the collaborative goals of labor education,actively improve the collaborative education mechanism of labor education and ideological and political education,build a platform for collaborative education,further strengthen the practical edu-cation of labor,and create a good atmosphere for collaborative education.
