Simultaneous Determination of Ten Components of Pinelliae Ternata in Yingshang by Dual Wavelength Switching Method Heat Map Clustering Analysis
A dual wavelength method was established of HPLC for the determination of 10 components in Pinelliae Ternata in Yingshang,and the difference of 10 components in cultivated and wild Pinelliae Ternata in Yingshang was analyzed by heat map cluster.The chromatographic conditions are as follows:Shiseido C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used.Gradient elution was performed with acetonitrile(A)-0.01%phosphoric acid(B)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Dual wavelength detection was adopted;Column temperature:30℃;the injection volume was 15 μL.The result shows that the separation effect of 10 components of Pinelliae Ternata in Yingshang was better.Methodological investigation meets relevant requirements.The results of heat map clustering showed that wild Pinelliae Ternata had certain environmental clustering characteristics,with a higher content of tar-get components in it.The establishment of this method could provide a basis for quality evaluation and cultivation base selection of Pinelliae Ternata in Yingshang.
