树状空间网格钢结构的模块化建造全过程模拟

新颖的建筑造型和严苛的施工环境对传统建造方法提出了挑战.基于某树状空间网格钢结构项目,提出了一种模块化建造施工方案,即预先对结构进行施工段分解,然后借助龙骨支撑架配合拉索将结构施工段逐块叠加、逐层安装.为了验证方案安全可行,借助有限元分析软件,对树状空间网格钢结构模块化建造过程中的结构施工段进行静力分析,并对"树干"和"网壳"的各施工段和整体结构进行了考虑初始几何缺陷和材料弹塑性的双重非线性的稳定性分析,模拟结果均满足规范要求.静力分析和稳定性分析的结果表明:树状空间网格钢结构的模块化建造受力合理,方案安全可行.
Whole Process Simulation of Modular Construction of Tree Space Grid Steel Structure
The novel architectural modeling and harsh construction environment challenge the traditional construc-tion methods.Based on the tree space grid steel structure project,a scheme of modular construction is proposed,that is,the construction section of the structure is decomposed in advance,and then the structural construction section is stacked block by block and installed layer by layer with the help of keel support frame and cable.In order to verify the safety and feasibility of the scheme,with the aid of finite element analysis software,the static analysis of the structural construction section in the process of modular construction of the tree space grid steel structure was car-ried out,and the dual nonlinear stability analysis considering the initial geometric defects and material elastic-plas-tic was carried out for each construction section of the"tree trunk"and"reticulated shell"and the overall struc-ture,and the simulation results met the requirements of the specification.The results of static analysis and stability analysis show that the tree space grid steel structure is reasonable;and the scheme is safe and feasible.
